Our mission with Outsider Coffee is to wake people up to their greatness through daily inspirational calls to action so they can love themselves and impact their community. People have asked us how we do that in a 90-second interaction at a drive-thru window. What we know is that genuine connection and truly seeing people only takes a few seconds.
We’ve also created an online platform through social media and special cup designs that helps spread our message. Additionally, our baristas are trained to ask customers simple, open ended questions and rewarded for remembering what they learn. Everything we do is centered around creating moments where customers know they are loved.
From the beginning we said we want this place to feel like Cheers (the 80's sitcom), and we want every person passing through to feel like Norm (please google this reference if you're under the age of 40). We help people feel seen, welcomed and valued. We are that daily bit of inspiration that pushes customers to take a step forward toward their dreams, even if it’s just a small one.
For us, it's about the memorable moments we make for the people we get to serve. Our mission is to wake people up ... coffee is the vehicle that gets us there!

From our website and social media to our kiosk culture, we live our mission.
Our team knows and is regularly challenged with the idea that they can't wake others up if they're not willing to go down that path for themselves.
We hire people who love people and are excited about our mission. Barista skills are great - but those skills can be taught. Having a heart to love and serve others is special and that's who we hire!
Any Outsider Coffee drive-thru is only as good as the people who are working along side of you. That starts with hiring heart and creating an amazing supportive environment to work in.

I leave an extra 15mins early just to get a cup of Outsider Coffee. It's out of my way but the coffee is perfect and so are the lovely ladies that help me! Such an amazing positive way to start a day! ❤

Outsider is changing the drive-thru coffee game. The staff are wonderful humans, the drinks are amazing every time, and the food is unique and delicious. Most of all, Outsider is all about community and supporting local businesses.

Where do I start... Ummm gummy bears on kid's lemonade is a hit and their protein coffee doubles as breakfast! Not to mention they have a wonderful staff.
