TRAFFIC COUNT

Ideally your perfect location will have 15k -25k cars passing in front of it per day. A good rule of thumb is to multiply the traffic count by 1.5% -2.5% (depending on how competitive your area is) to estimate your average number of daily sales. We do not recommend a location with less than 15K cars per day.

LIGHTED INTERSECTION

Visibility is a game changer and having cars stopped in front of your location is HUGE for visibility! Having a location at a light isn't required but it is ideal. Additionally, finding a spot where the speed limit is 45 or below also helps with your visibility and ease of pulling in. Both of which contribute to more daily sales.

POPULAR MORNING COMMUTE ROUTES

You will do 80% of your daily sales before noon! Finding a location on a busy morning route is paramount. How customers enter and exit your property is directly tied to your overall success.
