FRANCHISE FEES
There is a 6% royalty on gross sales and a 2% marketing fee. Why is there a marketing fee? Marketing is the backbone of your sales and customer retention. With all of the responsibilities of owning and running a business it's hard to add "Professional Marketer" to your job description. While there will be things for you to do we will provide a proven frame work with all of the content, pictures, video, and marketing documents you will need to start and maintain a thriving business.
HOW WILL YOU SUPPORT ME?
- SITE SELECTION & BUILDOUT: You’re not making the big decisions alone. Site selection is foundational to the success of your drive-thru and we will be with you every step of the way. We will also help negotiate the lease agreement, and coach you through the entire build-out process.
- HANDS ON TRAINING: You get a week of in depth training at an operating Outsider Coffee drive-thru. During that week you will get a combination of classroom training walking you through our marketing, developing a team, community relations, and the ins and outs of staffing, inventory and sales. You'll go through our Outsider U 101 drink making training and log some time at the window, greeting and ringing up customers. By the end of the week, you’ll have everything you'll need to launch your drive thru!
- SYSTEMATIZED TEAM TRAINING: From our Outsider 101 drink making to on boarding and on going culture and logistics training. We will be by your side every step of the way!
- MARKETING SUPPORT: Getting people through your line is key to spreading our mission and making your business a success! We have unique community sponsorship programs, a proven social media strategy and an email and text campaign that will keep customers inspired and coming through daily! We will help you with every aspect of creating community engagement to grow your sales! We provide comprehensive marketing support, including digital marketing, social media, and designing of promotional materials. We also have an incredible gorilla marketing Grand Opening plan to announce your arrival! We're partners and that means we're with you from menu design and drink creation to messaging and promotions!! We've got your back!
- ONGOING COACHING: After you're open the real fun begins. Your focus gets to switch from the build and grand opening event to serving your community in creative and meaningful ways. This is our favorite part and we're with you through it all. Weekly coaching calls and ongoing training resources will make sure all of your questions are answered and that your equipped to face whatever comes your way.
